We keep things clear so you know what to expect before you book or buy. Please review the details below before making a purchase.


Run Cancellations

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations: Cancellations made 45 days or fewer prior to the tour departure date are eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

Transfers: Bookings are fully transferable to another participant. Arranging the transfer is the responsibility of the original purchaser.

Waitlist Assistance: If a tour has a waitlist, we may assist in finding a replacement participant; however, this is not guaranteed.


Product Returns

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, including original packaging where applicable.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items: All garage sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Warranty Policy

We want you to feel confident about your purchase.

Unless otherwise specified (such as select items like Custom Outerwears Pre-Filter for OEM RHO Air Filter, which carry a one (1) year warranty, or apparel items), all products are covered by a three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase for the original buyer. This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship during that time.

If something goes wrong within the warranty period, reach out—we’ll help with a replacement or another solution. For all warranty inquiries, you must contact us directly at bajaramruns@gmail.com.

Even after the warranty period, don’t hesitate to contact us. While it may be outside coverage, we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
